Although I had a few issues with my experience that resulted in a negative review initially, the manager called me after receiving my email to help resolve them. Excellent customer service. She helped find potential therapists that would be more suited for me and I feel that she actually wanted and appreciated any feedback i have about my visit. I will visit again.
It has taken me a long time to find a massage therapist that I liked at this location and I am so happy I found Zoraida! She is wonderful and great at deep tissue. Thank you for your amazing service!
I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at the Hand and Stone in Windermere. They are all friendly and professional. But what truly sets this location apart for me is my superstar massage therapist, Jen G. I have disc herniation in the neck and back, shoulder issues, leg stiffness...you name it. I always (ALWAYS) leave better than when I arrived. Jen knows precisely the right trigger points to unravel my knots and improve my mobility. I book way ahead each month because she is so popular. I do know, however, that this location has a reputation for top talent across the board. You just can't go wrong here.

Had a massage today and Elizabeth was amazing!!! Hands down best therapist I had so far. My body feel brand new!!
Awesome massage! But the reception and service was very traumatic. The front desk lady didn't had any patience when found out I didn't spoke english fluently. Was very rude, had no empathy, and exchanged comments and looks with the other receptionist. When I finished my massage with hot stones, I left immediately, very embarrassed. When leaving, I received a call from the front desk, came back and she asked for my card, I understood she was asking for a tip. I didn't tipped her. Unfortunately the massage-therapist didn't get a tip because of the bad experience I had with the front desk ladies in my first ever visit.People need to learn how to deal with costumers, it really isn't a job for everyone.
